Bundiyarra Indigenous Youth Awards1999 Presented as an invited guest speaker,
motivational speaker to Aboriginal Youth to further their schooling “life” and
combine sport and studies, without compromising either of the two.

Awards
NHMRC recipient to complete PHd studies, 5 year grant.
“Gold” at the National Curriculum Awards 1998, for the innovation and content
of the Staying Health Aboriginal Health Curriculum for K to 10. This curriculum
is used Nationally and internationally
Pilbara Sportsperson of the year 1999
Koorie Mail article on sporting achievement in Australian Country Water Polo
Team for four years and state representation for twelve years.
